I AM GOING TO RANT NOW!

Ok , So. I live in a two story apartment,
my apartment would be the top left. My Neighbors are on the top right.

A few days ago my neighbor popped onto her balcony and said that my smoking was bothering her.

Apparently the manager of the apartment said, to my neighbor, that there wouldn't be any smokers moved in near her.
I have lived here for about four months. She moved in about two months before me. SHE HASN'T SAID ANYTHING BEFORE!

The first thing that came to my mind was, "STFU, I can smoke if I want to!" What I said was,"Oh, Maybe we can work something out," because I wanted to be a good neighbor, this was a poor choice, I should have went with my initial response.
Here is why, we worked it so whenever a jar is on the ledge, I get smoke because they have their sliding door is closed. The FIRST FIVE MINUETS, she leaves the jar up and keeps her door open. I thought she just forgot and didn't say anything because I had just had a smoke.

The next day she does the same thing, so I figure she got the signals switched. No biggie right? WRONG, because this woman works three days a week for like three hours, during those three hours her husband is home and leaves the door open also. For the last week they have taken the jar down for two hours everyday during the hottest part of the day. I'm not HERE for that part most days! I NEVER GET TO SMOKE ON MY BALCONY ANYMORE! they put it out at like 7 pm and leave it there until 5 pm the next day! I DON'T WANT TO PUT ON A BRA TO GO SMOKE! ARG! HATERAGEITSNOTOK! I am SUPER pissed.
